In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. Our policy is to pack with love and insure you're satisfied from start to finish.

SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship within 2 working days from purchase, if you purchase on a weekend then it will be shipped the Monday unless the Monday is a bank holiday. The Shipping we use is STRICTLY ROYAL MAIL, The items will be packed in cardboard boxes and wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap to protect your purchase. We use either TRACKED 48 or TRACKED 24 more information on these shipping methods can be found on the ROYAL MAIL website.

Any orders placed very close together may be Consolidated and postage upgraded to Tracked 24 automatically. (Important to understand the postage will not be refunded but will be upgraded)

Once the item has been shipped the ownership of the item purchased is now the buyers and any Lost in Transit or Damage claims are the responsibility of said buyer. (In some cases we will resolve this for you but only in cases where the item has arrived with severe damages caused by the Courier and have fair proof showing this too.)
RETURNS
Due to these items being majority second hand we have a strict sold as seen policy there are no returns as we are very upfront with the condition of the items at the point of sale and there for you are buying with full transparency so you will receive the items in the photo you see!

We have a Grading system from MINT - POOR.
Mint - Like new
Good - Not new but general marks
Poor - Has Damage on the box so price is reduced

We don't sell your data and we don't collect your data so once you've made your purchase and received your order your next visit is like you're a new customer! That is unless you want to sign up to know when we add new items and offers too! (We still won't sell your info - SDC POPS is a fair place for all!)
